    Balbadd, one of the smallest official nations, leading to a family of over-privileged fops coming into command of the city. Its greatly separated into two halves, a peaceful and ritzy noble sector, and the slums filled to the brim with starving orphans, either a tragedy or a blight depending on the viewpoint.

    Kariibi Islands

    A series of small islands off the coast of Balbadd. Due to their high resources and relatively small population, they quickly became part of Balbadd's trading operation, and are now mostly uninhabited apart from the resource mining centers on each one.
